Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Our Standard Check-in time is at 01:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to Availability, Extra tariff may be applicable.

Parking Details/Policy:

Ample Parking available Valet Parking available Valet parking is always at the Guest's risk and advice from the Security Team needs to be strictly adhered to by the Guest at the time of checking in. The hotel will not be accountable for the loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.

Children & Extra Guest Details

Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 10 years. 11 years will be charged as per extra adult rate on basis. Charges applicable for extra guest ₹1000/-net (Charges subject to change)

Reservation/Booking Policy:

• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room
• The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• This reservation is not transferable.
• Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, or medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, or harass or endanger other guests.
• All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) has been done or caused by the Guest.
• If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not the Hotel's responsibility to advise Hotel management before arrival.
• Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room or the hotel can store your valuables upon request. The hotel is entitled.
• In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables
• Payment Terms: 75% in advance to block the inventory and balance before check-in of the Guests.

Cancellation or Amendment Policies:

• Cancellation before 3 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges.
• Cancellation between 2 days from the date of booking will be charged 50% of the room rent.
• Individual Cancellation, No-show or cancellation within the cancellation period will attract 1 night retention charges.

Credit Policy:

• All the bills must be settled before check out.
• No credit will be allowed.

Security Policy:

• In Keeping with our security procedure, We request all our guests to carry a "ID and Address Proof" (Except Pan Card) which can be presented during the registration or Check-In.
• Foreign Nationalities must present their "Original Passport" with "Valid Visa" on arrival.
• Please avoid using "PAN Card" as your ID and Address Proof.
